BUYING AGENT

The buying agent represents the buyer shows homes and submits offers for the buyers. Opens escrow, co-ordinates, and attends inspections. Assists in negotiates repairs and coordinates closing.

ESCROW OFFICER

An Escrow officer is with the title agency. The Third-party that handles title Insurance, singing of the loan documents, and the transaction working with the buyers as well as sellers, lenders, and any other parties and is involved with the transaction

LISTING AGENT
